Property line surveys
Land owners often want to know the true location of their property line prior to building a fence or making other improvements on their land. I can also help you with Partition Plats (dividing a single lot into 4 or less smaller lots) or Property Line Adjustments (re-locating a boundary line to suit the needs of two adjoining neighbors).
Topographic surveys
These surveys produce a map of the terrain or roadway, complete with elevation contour lines and underground utilities. Most often they are used for civil design purposes.
Easement descriptions
An easement is a formal document that gives others the right to use your land in a limited way. Land surveyors can help you locate an existing easement on your land. For new easements, I can produce a legal description and map that will show the easement limits, to be included in the final legal document. Since I cannot offer legal advice, either yourself, or an attorney, will need to draft the final easement document to be recorded at the County.
